A wedding reception should be a celebration – a chance for family and friends to come together on one of the happiest days of their lives. But in January 2015, a reception in Guildford would end in tragedy. After violence erupted outside the venue, 46-year-old Richard Stroud suffered catastrophic injuries and died hours later in hospital.
